Original is 16" x 20" x .75" with dimensional elements, several layers of paint, some controlled, some spontaneous, representing the push and pull, the freezing and the boiling, the liquid and the solid that seems so indicative of life. Original is in private collection.

Thank you so much, Ana! The original is actually a bit darker, more contrast. It is fun to do the layering and allow the paint to determine some of how the piece goes.
